About

Marlon Delacroix is a fictional New Orleans jazz pianist created for platform testing. He specializes in solo piano sets that blend traditional New Orleans stride, swing standards, and gentle contemporary jazz. Whether accompanying a cocktail hour or filling a restaurant dining room, he tailors each set to the room and the moment, reading the crowd and adjusting energy from soft background texture to lively up-tempo standards. He has performed for hundreds of receptions, private dinners, and hotel lounges, and prides himself on arriving early, dressing to match the event, and keeping a professional, unobtrusive presence throughout.
