Moderation process
Reports are reviewed with the profile, agreement, messages and relevant evidence. The owner may request information, limit visibility, remove media, suspend a profile or suspend an account. Serious safety, fraud or legal concerns may be referred to a provider or authority when appropriate.
Appeals and documentation
A member may request reconsideration through the account privacy/support center. The owner should document the reason, evidence considered, action, date and any conditions for restoration. A disagreement does not erase records that must be retained for safety, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
